1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Rajo Transportation LLC driver onboarding portal ("Portal"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Portal.

2. Use of the Portal

The Portal is provided for the purpose of submitting driver applications, uploading required documentation, and tracking application status with Rajo Transportation LLC. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in your application
• Upload only authentic documents that belong to you
• Not misrepresent your qualifications, driving history, or employment record
• Not use the Portal for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Portal

3. Electronic Signatures

By providing an electronic signature through the Portal, you acknowledge that your electronic signature carries the same legal weight as a handwritten signature under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and applicable state law. Your electronic signature constitutes your consent to the terms presented at the time of signing, including but not limited to authorization for background checks, MVR reviews, and FMCSA Clearinghouse queries.

4. Application Processing

Submitting an application through the Portal does not guarantee employment. Rajo Transportation LLC reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion, in compliance with applicable federal and state employment laws. All applications are subject to verification of information, background checks, and DOT regulatory requirements.

5. Document Uploads

Documents uploaded through the Portal are stored securely and used solely for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that any documents you upload are legible, current, and valid. Rajo Transportation LLC is not responsible for application delays caused by illegible or expired documents.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of the Portal are the property of Rajo Transportation LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Portal.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Portal is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Portal will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rajo Transportation LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal, including but not limited to loss of data or delays in application processing.

9. Modifications

Rajo Transportation LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from the use of the Portal shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
